Accessibility Statement
How we make this website easy to use for everyone, and how to tell us if something does not work for you.
Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, magnification, voice control or only a keyboard. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Clear headings, one main heading per page, and a "skip to content" link.
- The menus and the questions on each page open and close with Enter or the space bar.
- Text and buttons are sized and coloured to be easy to read, and the site follows your device's "reduce motion" setting.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have labels, and errors are announced and explained.
- Pages print clearly in black on white.
What we know still needs work
- Photos and documents that customers send us, and the PDF links on other websites we point to, are not under our control.
- The quote form needs JavaScript to send. Without it, please ring, text or email us instead.
- The site has not yet been tested by an independent tester or with a full screen-reader review.
How far we meet the standard
We believe this website partly meets WCAG 2.2 level AA. In October 2026 we checked every page with automated tests for page language, headings, the skip link, image descriptions and form labels, and tested the quote form in a browser. This is our own assessment, not a formal audit.
Tell us about a problem
