Manufacturer warranties
Most warranties require an annual service by a qualified engineer, recorded with the date. We register the warranty on every boiler we fit and give you a written service record every time, so the warranty is protected. We are not a manufacturer's own service agent; for a fault inside the warranty period, contact the manufacturer first — we can help with that call.

Which boiler brand is best?
There is no single best brand. The right boiler depends on the house, the hot water you use and the budget. We recommend one and tell you why, and if you already have a brand in mind we can supply and fit it.
Does an annual service keep my boiler warranty valid?
Most manufacturer warranties require an annual service by a qualified engineer, recorded in the service log. We record every service and the readings we take.
Can you repair an older or less common boiler?
Usually, yes. Send us the make and model from the data plate (usually under the front cover) or a photo, and we will tell you whether parts are still available before we visit.
