For €12 a month you get your annual boiler service, a reminder when it is due, priority call-out if the heating fails, and 10% off parts. Gas or oil.

What is not included
- Parts and the time to fit them on a breakdown (plan members get priority on the call-out and 10% off parts; the call-out and repair are charged as normal and agreed first).
- Replacement of the boiler.
- Work on systems we have not first serviced and found to be in reasonable condition.
Plan terms
Plain, fair terms. Your rights under Irish consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022, are not affected by anything here.
- Payment. €12 a month for a gas or oil boiler. There is no minimum term.
- 14-day cooling-off. If you join online, by phone or away from our office, you can cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund. If you ask us to carry out your service within those 14 days, you pay only for the service already done.
- Cancelling after that. Cancel at any time by phone, WhatsApp or email with one month's notice. Payments stop at the end of the notice period. There are no cancellation fees.
- If you cancel soon after a service. Your annual service is done up front, so if you cancel within 12 months of it, we ask you to pay the difference between what you have paid since that service and our standard price for it (€120 gas, €150 oil). It is never more than that.
- Price changes. We give you at least 30 days' notice in writing of any price change, and you can cancel before it applies at no cost.
- If we end the plan. We can end the plan with one month's notice, for example if a boiler can no longer be serviced safely. Any payment for a period after the plan ends is refunded.
- When the plan ends. Priority call-out and plan discounts stop. Your service records stay on file and are yours to ask for.
